Setup is easy with our intuitive menu. Our easy to read screen can be setup in multiple languages to guide users through machine settings. Printer is also setup with easy to understand keys with feedback from the brightly lit display.

FontMatic

With the patented FontMatic technology the MD sealer automatically recognizes the width of the pouch and adjusts the font size accordingly. No more worrying about printing over the edge as you move from narrow to wide pouches.

Calibrated

Our sealers ship to you from our fully accredited ISO-17025 calibration laboratory. We perform calibrations at multiple backend thermal zones for better accuracy. Our thermal calibrations are double checked with a redundant meter.

With the intelligent “Fontmatic” feature the printer will automatically adjust the font size based on the size of the pouch. MD-4000 touch control and enhanced printing

MD-4000 sealer

The intelligent MD-4000 Series sealer monitors the critical parameters of temperature, contact pressure, and sealing speed (dwell), and sounds an audible tone for non-conforming events. Data collection from the device can be achieved via RS232, USB, or Ethernet. The MD-4000 Series sealers comply with ISO-11607-2 guidelines.

The sleek, stainless steel MD-4000 series medical pouch sealer is wipe down friendly and requires no air supply for operation. The quick load printer cartridge switches out in just moments to reduce downtime. The MD-4000 Series sealers ship to you calibrated from our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.

TRANSDUCER MONITORED PRESSURE SYSTEM DELIVERS REPEATABILITY…

With our Calibrated pressure transducer you can develop repeatable monitored force on your medical device pouch. The MD-Series sealers create a 12mm seal to better assure total sterile barrier system performance. The precision pressure roller develops approximately 100 Newtons of force to accommodate a variety of pouch substrates. The MD-Series sealer is ISO-11607 part 2 compliant.

Seal and print your medical device pouch in a single step

Simply feed the open end of your medical device pouch into the MD-850/880 conveyance system and the sealer will feed your pouch though dual-heated platens that are precisely controlled with the system’s accurate control-board. After sealing the MD-850/880 can print data onto the pouch such as expiration and lot coding.

MD-850 Sealer

Choose the MD-850 if you need the basic requirements of sealing and printing a medical device pouch. A proven performer, this has been our most popular rotary sealer for over 15 years.

MD-880 Sealer

Choose the MD-880 if you wish to add the ValiScan barcode scanner for sealer input, additional printing options, as well as variable speed control and data collection for more advanced requirements.

MD-4000 Sealer

Choose the MD-4000 if you wish to utilize the robust features of the MD-880 model as well as our touch screen interface. This advanced sealer can also print 2 lines of data as well as barcoding.
