The MD-880 rotary medical device sealer creates a fast-paced workflow to enhance throughput. Simply feed your medical pouch into the MD-880 and the conveyance system draws your pouch through the dual heated platens.

The MD-880 pouch sealer prints lot numbers, date of packaging, expiry dates, product number and more. Both symbolization and alpha numeric can be printed on Tyvek or medical paper and prints on the non-sterile side of the seal.

ISO 11607 validation ready, the MD-880 sealer creates accurate feed speed, process temperature, and pouch clamping force. These critical parameters are monitored, and sealer cannot be fed under non-conforming sealing conditions.
